WHY WE STARTED.
There was a real problem in commercial paving that nobody was solving properly. Property owners managing lots across multiple states had to find a different paving contractor for every single location, different pricing, different quality standards, different timelines, and a different set of headaches every time a job needed doing.
Gabriel Myerowitz started FineLines in 2022 to fix exactly that. The idea was straightforward: build a national commercial paving company that a property owner or manager could call once and have every property they own handled, regardless of which state it sits in, how large the scope is, or how many locations are involved.
Three years and 400+ commercial jobs across 15+ states later, that's still exactly how we operate.

With 4+ years of industry experience, he oversees every aspect of the business from client relationships to field operations. 400+ commercial paving jobs completed. 15+ states served. Every crew in-house. Every job managed on-site. That standard came from him, and it hasn't changed since day one.
